Attorney Biography
Anthony Auten brings a unique focus to family law that many other attorneys don’t possess. Mr. Auten has a degree in business administration, and has experience in business, real estate, and accounting. Mr. Auten’s knowledge is especially beneficial for couples who have highly valuable assets or own property together. Before he focused exclusively on family law, Mr. Auten served as a prosecutor in Ashland County. At the age of 26, he was the youngest prosecutor in the State of Ohio. Mr. Auten switched his area of practice to family law because of his intense desire to help people move forward with their lives. He has earned an A.V. Preeminent Rating from Martindale-Hubbell, is listed in Ohio Super Lawyers since 2005, and was named in the Top Columbus Lawyers in Columbus Monthly.
