Dan-Phi V. Nguyen

Licensed for 13 years, Dan-Phi Nguyen is a family law and CPS defense attorney.  He earned his J.D. from Thurgood Marshall School of Law at Texas Southern University in 2010.  His legal career started off as a former Assistant County Attorney giving the first eight years  to public service at the Harris County Attorney’s Office in his role as a well-seasoned CPS prosecutor for the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services.  Now in private practice as solo practitioner of his own firm, Dan-Phi Nguyen, now utilizes his reputable aggressive litigation style and oral advocacy skillset for the benefit of his private clients who are faced with CPS investigations against them for alleged abuse and neglect of children.
