Emily S Lucibello

I have owned and operated a law practice in Connecticut since 2009. Prior to that, I worked as an associate attorney for a general practice law firm with offices in New Haven and Hartford. My practice is focused on divorce and family law, business law, and criminal and civil defense.

I am admitted to practice before the Connecticut State Courts and the United States District Court for the District of Connecticut. Prior to obtaining my Juris Doctorate Degree (J.D.) from Quinnipiac University School of Law, I attended UConn where I received my Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Political Science.

I am actively involved in National, State, and local bar associations including the American Bar Association, Connecticut Bar Association, New Haven Bar Association, and Milford Bar Association, as well as various practice-area focused associations such as the Connecticut Trial Lawyers Association, the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, and the Connecticut Criminal Defense Lawyers Association.
