I have been practicing law since 1992. My practice includes representing clients in both State and Federal Court primarily in Maine, though I have also represented clients in Federal Court in New York, Kentucky, etc.

The majority of my practice involves Criminal Defense and various types of Litigation. I represent clients in forming Corporations and LLCs including ones in the Marijuana Business.

I have a civil litigation practice representing individuals and business owners in various disputes in both State and Federal Court including matters on appeal. I practice consumer Bankruptcy Law including the representation of clients in both Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 proceedings. I have represented clients in front of administrative agencies including but not limited The State of Maine Department of Professional and Financial Regulation.
