Mary Elizabeth Quinn is a Board Certified expert in the area of Marital & Family Law with over twenty-seven (27) years of experience in the areas of family law matters. Our team approach ensures that each aspect of your case is handled as cost-effectively as possible, and that your questions are quickly answered. We can assist you with a wide range of marital and family law matters, including all aspects of divorce, custody, alimony, child support, asset distribution, paternity, prenuptial agreements, and domestic violence proceedings.Furthermore, Ms. Quinn has experience in the preparation and execution of Premarital Agreements, litigation experience with domestic violence issues, Paternity actions, modifications of existing Orders of the Court and declaratory relief as it relates to Family Law and Collaborative law.

Mrs. Quinn has practiced exclusively in the Marital & Family Law arena for 27 years and is trained in the practice of Collaborative Law. Collaborative Law is a process that enables divorcing couples, as well as couples in other family law disputes, to reach agreements and resolve their differences in a respectful and productive way.
Ms. Quinn is certified to practice before the Supreme Court of the United States of America, the Supreme Court of Florida and the United States District Court of the Middle District. She was an active committee member of the Florida Family Law Rules & Forms Committee for over 6 years and now is an active member ofBoard Certification Committee for Marital & Family law. Ms. Quinn has been a member of the Florida Bar since 1996 and has been active in its Family Law Section. Furthermore, she has been active in the Hillsborough County Bar Association and specifically the Family Law Section of the Bar. Ms. Quinn was a Master of the Family Law Inns of Court and an active member of both the Florida and Hillsborough Associations of Women Lawyers.
Ms. Quinn graduated from the University of South Florida in 1991 with a BachelorĂ¢â‚¬â„¢s Degree in English. She graduated from St. Thomas School of Law in Miami, Florida where she obtained her Juris Doctorate Degree with Honors in 1996.
For over two (2) plus decades, Ms. Quinn has been active in the Family Law Community and has conducted several seminars including Overview of Family & Matrimonial Law; Divorce Law in Florida; Marital Settlement Agreements in Florida; Handling your First Custody Dispute; Child Custody Modifications; and Divorce Taxation in Florida.
