Michelle Claire Power is a criminal defense and family law attorney who is committed to working with clients to get the best possible outcome in each case. Whether it is a criminal or family law matter, Power works to ensure the rights and needs of the clients are covered.

Power is an attorney at Ciccarelli Law Offices in West Chester, Pa., where she handles a variety of cases. Power works with families in child support, child custody and adoption cases, in addition to defending the rights of the facing criminal charges.

Power studied psychology at the University of Delaware where she graduated with a bachelor’s degree in 2010 and later earned her juris doctor at Widener University School of Law where she became involved in the American Bar Association Committee and Women in the Profession.

Her legal experience began at the Law Office of James I. Devine in Norristown. There, she gained first-hand knowledge of the legal system before interning at the Pennsylvania Bureau of Professional and Occupational Affairs where she conducted legal research as a law student.

This variety of experience helps her work with clients on a daily basis and allows her to see what they can face when tackling legal problems. She understands the struggles people face in everyday life, and she is compassionate about their circumstances.
