Attorney Biography
Tiffinay Antoch Emery is a graduate of the University of Connecticut and Roger Williams University School of Law. She has been practicing law in Rhode Island for 12 years. She is admitted to practice in RI state and federal courts.
As a staff attorney and later managing attorney at Rhode Island Legal Services for 10 years, Attorney Emery earned a sterling reputation as a strong advocate for her clients.
That reputation has carried over into Ms. Emery’s private practice where she treats her clients with compassion and respect, hearing out their individual needs and providing legal representation tailored to meet those needs.
Ms. Emery is an active member of the legal community serving on several committees and boards.
She is a member of the Rhode Island Bar Association, the Rhode Island District Court Bench Bar Committee, the Rhode Island District Court Civil Rules Committee and the Rhode Island State Constable Review Board.
