Attorney Biography
Licensed since 2006, Monica Macias Cruz is a Family Law lawyer handling cases in the Dallas, Tarrant, Collin, Denton, Ellis and Rockwell counties. She attended Texas Tech University School of Law where she earned her Juris Doctor.
She is fluent in English and Spanish, she has experience working in the Child Support Division of the Office of the Attorney General and handles matters of alimony, child support, protective orders, child custody, divorce, modifications, temporary restraining orders and enforcement lawsuits. While she is always prepared to go the distance to protect her clients, she also recognizes the value of negotiation and works to settle cases through settlement conferences, arbitration, and mediation.
